Name Your Game Land Features:

Extra Nights run about $100 per person, per night double and include hotel, car and local taxes.

If you would like us to provide a firm quote, we require a non-refundable deposit of $50 per request. Please Note - All prices are quoted NET/Cash and for credit card payments please add 3% to your gross sell price. We require this deposit for custom designed packages so to put this package together incurs costs including staff time. We will fax your quote within 72 hours of receiving the deposit, however space is not guaranteed until an additional deposit equaling 50% of the package price is received (additional deposit may be required based on suppliers payment conditions). The initial $50 deposit will be applied to the booking and final payment is due 90 days prior to departure. If your clients would like to proceed, please fill out the attached PDF to agree to the terms, and fax back for the $50 deposit. After we provide you with the firm price, you may make payment by agency check and mail to the address below, or payment can be made by credit card. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using the pages in this site, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this site.
Full Terms and Conditions
A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of total package price is required at time of booking. Nonrefundable final payment is due at least ninety (90) days before program commencement. Bookings received within one hundred (100) days of program commencement require immediate full payment. We recommend purchasing cancellation and trip interruption insurance, which is available through your travel agent. Visa and MasterCard accepted. All prices are subject to change until deposit is received. By paying the deposit you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all the terms and conditions provided in the brochure and on your confirmation.
Land portion of the program includes all features listed in this brochure. No person may occupy accommodations held by Sports Empire, Inc. unless that person has prepaid for said accommodations. Rollaways are subject to an extra charge paid directly to the hotel. No refund is made for unused package features. Car rentals do not include state/local/airport/additional driver/child safety seat/refueling service surcharges/fees, LDW, ALI, PAI or PEP. Personal expenses such as phone calls, room service, alcoholic and bar beverages, laundry and incidental expenses are not included. Smoking on motorcoaches is prohibited.
On cancellations received less then 90 days prior to departure or in the event of a no show the booking will be considered cancelled and all payment will be forfeited. Sports Empire, Inc. reserves the right to resell package space without notice if final payment has not been received by its due date. It is at Sports Empire's discretion to cancel any reservations if actual traveler names are not provided at least two (2) weeks prior to departure. Name changes may be permitted within the two (2) weeks prior to departure with payment of a $50 per person name change fee. All name changes and associated charges are at the discretion of the management.
Written confirmation will be issued after deposit has been received. Travel documents are issued at least one (1) week before departure. Event tickets to be delivered no later than the day of the event. Should a SEI client wish to receive their event tickets earlier, the client may be required to pay an additional charge (which will vary depending on the event) in advance to cover the expenses incurred by SEI. This option varies by event and is at the discretion of SEI and any cost of expedited delivery or special handling will be charged to client. Tickets to all events will be issued in pairs, as odd numbers (and larger blocks) of tickets cannot be guaranteed. Specific ticket locations may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed.
Sports Empire, Inc. (SEI) is not responsible for any delays of transportation which may cause package members to miss any events of the package. The suppliers who are providing services are independent contractors and are not principals,
agents, employees, master, servants, representative, partners or joint ventures of SEI. SEI assume no responsibility nor any liability in connection with the service of any of these suppliers including train, vessel, carriage, aircraft or other conveyance or hotel which is used, either wholly or in part in the performance of its duty to the passengers, neither will they be responsible for any act, error or omission or for any injury, loss, accident, delay, irregularity or expense arising from strikes, war, weather, quarantines, sickness, government restrictions or regulations, Act of God, or any other reason whatsoever. SEI reserves the right to terminate the event participation of any person who is abusive of others or whose behavior disrupts the operation of the package. SEI cannot provide individual assistance to guests for wheelchairs, walking, dining or other personal needs. Any condition or disability requiring special attention must be reported to SEI at time of booking and we will advise hotels of any special requests but they cannot be guaranteed. Persons needing such assistance must be accompanied by an able companion who will assist them provided they pay the package costs. In case any event is postponed due to inclement weather or other factors beyond our control, no refunds will be made and participants will be responsible for alternate accommodations and/or travel arrangements. Additional expenses or fare revisions, if any, shall be borne by the passengers, conversely, refund will be made to the passengers if any saving is effected thereby. NASCAR rules state that you must be 16 years of age and a dress code applies to access the pit area. Open toed shoes, tank or halter tops, short pants and coolers are not allowed on pit road and is the decision of the security guards at the access gate. NASCAR controls the opening and closing of pit road including safety and weather factors and we can not be responsible if you are not able to access pit road. Credit card payments: Program participant agrees not to charge back any bank charges against his/her credit card for products and services rendered by SEI and received by program participant. SEI reserves the right to apply a $20 charge for a disputed chargeback resolved in SEI favor. This is the amount SEI is charged by the credit card processing company to research any charge backs. Any disputes and discrepancies must be made in writing within 30 days of conclusion of event. Further, any claims that may arise must be filed in Los Angeles County, California exclusively. The right is reserved to substitute hotels, and alter the itinerary or reverse the places to be visited. The right is reserved to cancel the package anytime prior to departure. If any package must be withdrawn prior to the passengers joining the package, SEI liability is limited to a refund of monies received by SEI. Effective through December 31, 2007.

Payment of deposit or full payment shall constitute consent to all provisions stated herein. Sports Empire, Inc. is not affiliated with or endorsed by any amateur or professional sporting or festival organization.
Reservation Terms & Conditions
All reservations for travel with Sports Empire Inc. must be made by calling 562-920-2350 or your travel professional. All reservations are subject to the terms and conditions printed in Sports Empire brochures and on your confirmation. Any modification or variance from confirmation must be in writing and signed by an officer of Sports Empire Inc. Sports Empire strongly encourages, but does not require, the purchase of travel insurance for all packages.
